৪. ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা

সাধারণত ২-৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।

প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা বাহ্যিক কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য নির্ধারিত সময়ে ফেরত দিলে রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে।

ডিসকাউন্ট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আলাদা নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য।
